WELL Business Solutions have a core group of associates. We use the 'Hollywood' business model; once a mandate is identified, we assemble a team composed of the best human capital available in the market place. The team is selected based on the specific requirements of the mandate and lasts for precisely as long as is needed to complete the task, then disbands.
Why is this such a compelling proposition? 1) The team is adhoc. Contrary to a company team, we craft a group of people with diverse backgrounds and complementary skills. 2) Delivery to the client is tailor-made, there is no one-size-fits- all solution or identical product. 3) We provide agility, flexibility and speed.

Anni is the founder and managing director of WELL Business Solutions. She has advised and supported public entities and private businesses to achieve optimal results within the realm of health, spa and wellbeing. Her work anchors in conceptual development, strategic and operational design, integration and enablement of services, programming and operational management.
In addition, Anni is co-founder and managing partner of WELL Intelligence – home to the Hospitality and Wellbeing Barometer; an early warning market insights platform that provides a macro to micro analysis of industry influence and predictive impact forecasting. She is a board director for the International Health and Wellness Alliance and the founder and visionary behind K.I.S Lifestyle – an online wellness community that enables affordable and accessible integrative health access. Anni was also the founding chair of the Wellness Tourism Initiative for the Global Wellness Institute.
Steve is acclaimed as one of the travel and hospitality sector’s leading industry commentators and strategic marketing and PR thinkers. He has a unique experience of managing major marketing communications campaigns across many different sectors. Steve is also one of the UK’s most experienced crisis communications experts having worked on many high profile incidents including rail, aircraft and coach crashes, food poisoning out breaks, terrorist attacks and industrial action.
Uniquely, Steve has held senior management roles within the PR and marketing functions of both corporate and consultancy.
For over 17 years, Nancy Nemer has practiced interior design with the last 12 specializing in spas for the luxury hotel and resort sector. Using her thorough understanding of the design process and knowledge of how a spa operates, she has contributed to the successful concept creation, planning, interior design and technical specification for spas both domestically and around the globe.
Her environments are conceptually strong and possess a true sense of place which makes her an industry leader in spa brand development that considers not only its country of origin, but also how it integrates into its overall positioning.
Thierry is the co-founder and main author of the Monthly Barometer, a succinct predictive analysis exclusively provided to private investors and some of today’s most influential opinion and decision makers.
He is also Managing Partner of WELL Intelligence - home to the Hospitality and Wellbeing Barometer; an early warning, market insights platform that provides a macro to micro analysis of industry influence and predictive impact forecasting.
He previously founded and headed the Global Risk Network at the World Economic Forum and for many years was in charge of the program of Davos.
Thierry has written several business and academic books, and has published four novels (two of which under a pen-name). In addition, he is a public speaker with some of the world’s leading agencies. He also sits on several advisory boards.
Charles has over 20 years’ experience in graphic design, brand design and development, website design/build and print media. His primary focus with the team is to achieve enlightening and immersive designs that tell a story about a brand. His experience also allow him to look at effective strategies that use the latest online technologies to maximum effect.
With a background at major agencies in Bath and Bristol, such as Real Adventure, Inventive Minds (offshoot of the well known Michael Peters Group in London), BBM and Mercer Design, his work has spanned key sectors and companies - including Lloyds TSB, Norwich Union, Merlin Entertainment, Cadburys, Sharwoods, McDougalls and international Europe-based clients from his time working in Mallorca, Spain.
He is an advocate of using his self development work in his communications being a Landmark Forum graduate and accessing NLP enrolment methodology. He is brand custodian to the Anni Hood range of services and also the WELL Intelligence community portal.
